icon and select Layout to open the Presentation Layout Properties dialog. After selecting Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation from the Word, HTML & Other Format Elements section of the Element Gallery dialog, click the Element Tool icon and select Layout to open the Presentation Layout Properties dialog.
In this dialog, you may select from six layout options, choosing from left, center, or right alignment, and whether to include a header.
Choose the layout option that best meets your needs for the content and the page. When you have made your choice, click the Finish button.
